Common questions

Where do the numbers come from?

Every card names its source and links to it. Tap the source line on a card to see it. Most decks use Wikidata, the World Bank or sources we checked by hand. If you spot a wrong number, email us with the card and we will check it against the source.

My two words say "still bubbling"

That means we couldn't find good sourced numbers for that pair yet. We note every bubbling pair and add the most-asked ones by hand.

I didn't get my sign-in code

Check your spam folder for an email from [email protected]. Codes work for 15 minutes; you can ask for a new one in the app.

My streak is gone

Streaks count days in a row, so missing a day starts a new one. If you played before signing in, sign in on that same device so your plays can join your account.

How do I cancel Fizz+?

Fizz+ is billed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open your profile and choose Delete account. Or see statfizz.com/delete-account.
